What the Top 10 Tells Us
BYD has 2 entries (Song Plus, Yuan Plus). Tesla still has the single-model #1. Chinese brands account for 7 of the 10. Foreign brands (Honda, Toyota, BMW) survive in this segment, but premium ICE is being slowly squeezed by domestic NEV alternatives. Li Auto's L7 EREV is the surprise, a newcomer that outsold Audi Q5 and Mercedes GLC nationally.
